Products: Products are offered subject to availability. Images are illustrative and colours may vary between screens. Our products are fragile glass; please follow the care guidance.

Prices: Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT. Delivery fees are shown in full at checkout before you confirm.

Orders and payment: Our team contacts you to confirm your order before it ships. Payment methods are cash on delivery and online payment once enabled. You may change or cancel an order before it ships.

Delivery and returns: Governed by our Shipping Policy and our Returns and Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property: All images, text and the Kandil Distribution name and logo belong to Kandil Distribution.

Consumer rights: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. You may also file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency.
