Where do you deliver?

Kandil Distribution delivers within the Arab Republic of Egypt only — Cairo, Giza and every other governorate. Orders are delivered by our shipping partner Mylerz. We do not ship internationally yet.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared and packed within 1–3 working days of confirmation. After dispatch: Cairo & Giza 1–3 working days, Delta & Alexandria 2–4 working days, Upper Egypt, Red Sea & remote areas 3–7 working days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for unused items in the condition they were sold in. Defective items, or items that do not match their description, are handled according to our return policy and the Consumer Protection Law, and nothing here limits your statutory rights.

What if an item arrives broken?

Please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the item and the packaging, so we can resolve it quickly. This window is a recommendation to speed things up only; it does not remove your right to an exchange or a return under our return policy and the Consumer Protection Law.
