Follow your order safely through your customer account. To protect your privacy, order details appear only after you confirm the email address you used at checkout.
How to track your order
- Open My account and enter the email address you used at checkout. We will send you a one-time code by email, no password needed.
- Choose your order from the order list to see its current status.
- When your parcel is handed to our courier, Mylerz, the tracking number and a Mylerz tracking link appear on your order page.
You can also open your order directly from the View your order button in your order confirmation email.
