Who we are: This store is operated by Kandil Distribution in Egypt.

What we collect: Name, phone number, email, delivery address and governorate, ordered products, payment method and customer service conversations. Card details are processed by our payment provider and we do not store them. We use cookies needed for the cart and checkout.

Why we use it: To confirm, fulfil and deliver your order, collect payments and issue refunds, provide customer service, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations. We send marketing only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with: We never sell your data. We share only what is necessary with Shopify (our store platform), Mylerz (to deliver your order), our online payment provider when you pay by card, our WhatsApp messaging provider (for order updates), and authorities where the law requires.
